Meet the Author!
Come join us and meet our author:
Doris Aldrich Smith

She is the author of two fictional books which will be released on

Meet "The Librarian!"

Dr. and Mrs. J. Arthur Howard, long-time residents of the Akron community, have donated a large stainless steel sculpture to the Akron Carnegie Public Library. The sculpture, entitled "The Librarian", was created by sculptor James M. Havens. She makes a lovely addition to our existing butterly garden and will add beauty and culture to the library grounds.
