Indiana Library Passport
Use your ACPL library card at participating public libraries across Indiana. The Library Passport program gives Indiana residents access to materials and services at member libraries statewide.
On-Site Resources
Indiana State Museum Pass
Borrow a free pass to the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites for your family. Passes are available for checkout at the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis. Valid for up to two adults and all children in your household.
Adventure Backpacks
Explore Indiana's parks and nature trails with our Adventure Backpacks. Each pack includes field guides, activity sheets, binoculars, and more. Check one out at the circulation desk for your next outdoor adventure.
StoryWalk at Pike Memorial Park
Take a walk and read a story at the same time! Pages from a children's picture book are posted along the trail at Pike Memorial Park. A new book is featured each season. Free and open to the public year-round.
Birth, Death, and Marriage Records
Research your family history with our in-library genealogy database featuring Indiana birth, death, and marriage certificates. Search historical vital records to trace relatives, verify family connections, and document your heritage. Available exclusively on library computers during regular hours.

The Akron Carnegie Public Library has been part of the Akron and Henry Township community since 1915. Help continue the tradition by visiting or calling the library to learn more about volunteering, donations and memorials, attending monthly board meetings, or becoming a library employee.
Library Card
A library card is free for all Henry Township and Fulton County residents. Visit us at 205 E Rochester Street during open hours with a valid photo ID.
